Our Founders

Fabian Siegel is a passionate entrepreneur who, prior to launching Marley Spoon in 2014, built a global leader in online food ordering at Delivery Hero, co-founded Europe's largest online payments brand ClickandBuy International, Germany's first online auction business Kikin, and a financial services startup Strateer. 

He is now investing in startups and building Marley Spoon, a global company available in six countries worldwide.

Till Neatby co-founded Marley Spoon with Siegel in 2014. He previously founded and was Managing Director at food & beverage strategic consultancy firm, MexAttax. Neatby brings +15years of company building and management experience within the food and tech industry. 

Prior to launching Marley Spoon, he was also a Venture Partner at Atlantic Internet where he supported the set up of atlanticfoodlabs.

Weber is an entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in e-commerce, SMEs and retail, having built one of Australia’s most popular private online shopping clubs, brandsExclusive, into a business that sold for $36m in 2012.

Dave Malcolm co-founded Marley Spoon Australia with Weber, bringing with him a long history in the digital and marketing space across Europe and Australia. Dave's experience with leading global brands such as RockStar games has ensured a strong focus on strategic, tactical marketing and business planning. 

Malcolm has held several director roles across a variety of digital agencies and app development firms prior to launching Marley Spoon.
