Our Founders

Fabian Siegel is a passionate entrepreneur who, prior to launching Marley Spoon in 2014, built a global leader in online food ordering at Delivery Hero, co-founded Europe's largest online payments brand ClickandBuy International, Germany's first online auction business Kikin, and a financial services startup Strateer. 

He is now investing in startups and building Marley Spoon, a global company available in six countries worldwide.

Rolf Weber co-founded Marley Spoon Australia in 2015 at the cusp of the meal kit delivery trend, delivering more consumer choice and superior logistics than previously available to consumers in Australia. 

Weber is an entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in e-commerce, SMEs and retail, having built one of Australia’s most popular private online shopping clubs, Brands Exclusive, into a business that sold for $36m in 2012.

Olivia Andrews co-founded Marley Spoon Australia with Weber, bringing 15 years of culinary experience spanning top restaurant kitchens, as well as Australia’s most prestigious food magazines and TV shows. 

The best-selling cookbook author 
and mum of two, is passionate about making healthy eating accessible to everyday cooks, which is evident in her flavour-packed recipes that combine global influences with nutritional balance.
